Ideally 4–6 weeks before the wedding, so there's time for the trial session and skin programme. If your date is sooner, just message us and we'll create a fast-track plan around it.

Just avoid water and steam for the first 24 hours; after that you can go back to your usual cleansing routine. We'll send your personal aftercare notes on WhatsApp after your session.

No. We draw the design first and don't remove a single hair until you approve it. The goal isn't thinner brows but brows in harmony with your features, keeping their natural fullness.

No. Lamination shapes your lashes using their own hairs, without adding any weight. With proper care it doesn't cause lash loss, and a regular aftercare serum can even strengthen them.
